Although I am retired from academics I am still actively supporting the field of wildlife conservation, and contributing to projects that benefit from my experience and expertise. I am open to helping build research capacity globally on topics ranging from wildlife research field techniques to identifying hot spots for evolutionary rescue to climate change. I'm enthusiastic to give talks to general audiences, to media. And for students, with the need for rigorous science-based optimism in wildlife conservation greater than ever, I continue to be keen to teach versions of my applied wildlife population ecology classes.
